About
I am a RESTORE Scar Therapy Practitioner based in Lancaster, specialising in Scar Therapy and Post-Surgical Recovery.
I support people following surgery, injury and significant physical change, including breast cancer surgery and reconstruction, hysterectomy and abdominal surgery, knee and hip replacement, orthopaedic procedures, burns and trauma-related scarring.
My approach combines specialist Scar Therapy, LymphaTouch®, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Techniques and Therapeutic Massage to help improve tissue mobility, reduce discomfort, ease restriction and support recovery.
Alongside my RESTORE Scar Therapy training, I have completed specialist training in Women’s Health, Breast, Orthopaedic and Abdominal Scarring, Understanding Scars (Advanced Theory), and LymphaTouch® Practitioner Training.
Having personally experienced recovery following major surgery, breast cancer treatment and surgical menopause, I understand both the physical and emotional challenges that can accompany recovery and significant physical change. This experience informs my practice and my commitment to providing skilled, compassionate and individualised support.
Appointments are available at The Space, Unit 7-1-8 Cameron House, White Cross Industrial Estate, Lancaster, LA1 4XQ.
Both 60-minute and 90-minute appointments are available.

Louise is an outstanding in her field and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I had no idea that there was even a therapy for scar tissue in Lancaster. After only a couple of sessions with Louise my relationship with my scar has changed. My scar on my leg has softened due to the knowledge and nurturing techniques Louise uses and what I really like is I feel I have a safe space to talk about my scar and I really feel heard.
