I’m a physiotherapist with 14 years of experience and the founder of The Wellness Boutique, a women’s health physiotherapy and Pilates studio in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and have completed Restore Therapy’s caesarean scar therapy training, along with extensive training in pelvic health and return to sport and exercise.

I’m also a mum of three, all born by caesarean. I know what it’s like to look at your scar and wonder whether that tightness, numbness or pulling is just something you have to live with. Often, it isn’t.

My scar therapy and scar treatment focuses solely on caesarean scars. Using hands-on scar tissue massage, cupping and targeted exercise, I work with you to improve comfort, mobility and sensation around your scar, and connect how it’s healing with your core, pelvic floor and getting back to the exercise and activities you love. You’ll also learn scar massage techniques you can confidently keep up at home.
