The Wellness Boutique is a dedicated women’s health physiotherapy and Pilates studio located in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. Founded by Danielle Gillham, our clinic specialises in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor rehabilitation, menopause and every stage in between. We are passionate about providing evidence-based care in a warm, welcoming environment where women feel comfortable, supported and heard.

Our multidisciplinary team of women’s health physiotherapists and Pilates instructors work together to provide personalised care tailored to each client’s goals. Whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering after having a baby, returning to exercise, managing pelvic floor symptoms or looking to improve your strength and confidence, we’re here to help you achieve your goals.

The clinic offers a modern reception and waiting area, private consultation rooms and a fully equipped reformer Pilates studio. Conveniently located on West Burleigh Road, there is ample nearby parking and easy access from surrounding Gold Coast suburbs.

We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, judgement-free space where women can prioritise their health and wellbeing. From pregnancy and postnatal care to pelvic health, rehabilitation and specialised scar therapy, our team is committed to helping women move well, feel strong and thrive through every stage of life.
