I am an experienced myofascial release therapy and scar therapy practitioner in Bristol. I founded my company Feel Better Bristol in 2015 and the clinic is now based in the peaceful setting of Penny Brohn UK cancer and wellbeing centre.

Alongside my private work, I have another wonderful therapist Becki Taylor who helped form the clinic and together we provide scar therapy for cancer clients under Penny Brohn’s client support program.

I am able to work with both adults and children. I have over two decades experience in the NHS working with cancer and gastrointestinal surgery that informs my work and allows me to work sensitively with my clients presenting with pain and restrictions. My areas of study include women and children’s health, pelvic floor health, chronic pain conditions, cancer care, post-natal care and sports injuries. I have chosen to specialise in women’s health scars and pain conditions, including internal pelvic floor work.

I have undertaken training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, kinesio-taping, cupping, IASTM and dry needling which i use alongside scar massage.

I believe strongly in connection between our mind and the physical symptoms in our bodies, and will look at your overall wellbeing and health alongside scar therapy and bodywork and provide advice on self care at home.
