I have been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2004, helping clients restore comfort, mobility, and connection within their bodies. Over time, my work has evolved into a specialized focus on Scar Therapy and Myofascial Release, with a particular emphasis on post-operative breast, chest, and oncology care and other complex procedures.

I am a Certified Oncology Scar Specialist and a graduate of The Mastectomy Guide’s 200-hour Mentorship and Training Academy, where I received advanced training in breast, chest, and oncology care. My approach to post-op care is further informed by training in Sharon Wheeler’s ScarWork ™ and John Barnes’ Myofascial Release ™, both known for their gentle yet highly effective techniques that work with the body rather than against it.
