Hi! I’m Mary Nougher, owner of Mangata Massage. I am a remedial massage therapist, an Accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner with the Australasian Lymphology Association and Lipoedema Australia, a Reiki Master, an oncology massage therapist and a member of the Association of Massage Therapists.

I completed my Oncology Scar Specialist course with Restore Scar Therapy in 2025 and it combines so well with my other education and techniques. I am particularly passionate about assisting patients who have undergone breast cancer surgery and assisting with their scar management and associated lymphoedema, or preventative measures for lymphoedema through scar therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, the use of compression pumps and compression garments.
