Katie started her massage therapy journey in 2004 after being treated for breast cancer.
She has run her private clinic The Stillpoint in Maleny, QLD since that time and has explored many different courses to develop her skills and the range of techniques she can offer her clients.
Having experienced cancer herself, she has an intimate knowledge of the effects cancer and cancer-related scars can have on the body, and the benefits that targeted treatment can offer.
Having now completed the Restore Oncology Scar specialist course she can offer scar therapy in addition to Oncology Massage for clients seeking safe scar tissue massage.
