Whether you are sporty but suffering from ‘niggles’, a desk worker or driver with ‘poor posture’, busy professional, awaiting an operation, recovering from a procedure, there is something we can do to treat and support you. It is a real pleasure and privilege to be able to offer high standard therapies that treat the whole of you and can actually make a genuine difference. I am a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM), the Sports Therapy Association (STA) and am fully insured by Balens Insurance. I have also trained at the Lymphoedema Training Academy and can be found on the registers for MLDUK and the British Lymphology Society (BLS). Treating the human body is a continuous fascinating learning experience. I also enjoy running at parkun and our local running club, walking the dog and digging the allotment. I also enjoy music in many forms and play in two different local wind bands.
