I am a Registered Midwife (NMBI) and qualified Restore Scar Therapy Practitioner based in Co. Laois. Alongside my midwifery background, I am also a qualified massage therapist, allowing me to provide specialist scar therapy in a safe, supportive and professional environment.

I treat a wide range of scars including caesarean scars, surgical scars, traumatic scars and burn scars. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, whether your scar is recent or many years old.

Using Restore Scar Therapy techniques, scar tissue massage and scar massage, my aim is to help improve scar mobility, reduce tightness, improve comfort and support the long-term healing of scar tissue. Scar treatment is always carried out at your own pace, with plenty of time to discuss your concerns and goals.

As the owner of Midwife For You, I am passionate about helping people feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies. Whether your scar affects movement, causes discomfort or simply doesn’t feel like your own, I provide evidence-informed scar therapy in a calm, welcoming setting.
