Hannah Leach took an interest in sports massage whilst competing in canicross and flyball with her dogs and discovering they all needed a bit of help with sports-related aches and pains. She went on to attend college and complete her level 3 and level 4 sports massage training. Hannah has completed further training and can also offer dry needling as part of a treatment plan.
Hannah has completed training in manual lymphatic drainage, the aim of this therapy is to aid the body in moving the lymphatic fluid that carries away waste products. In turn this movement of fluid can help to reduce swelling.
