Hannah is a therapeutic bodywork practitioner, supporting people to return to their source of wellbeing with fascia bodywork and massage. Hannah has been fortunate to train with the two leading teachers of ScarWork in the UK. Scar tissue therapy is a gentle and non-invasive approach to working with scar tissue. The touch is light, responsive, and guided by the body’s own healing process.

The treatment aims to soften adhesions, restore natural movement, and ease restrictions where scars may have created limitation. Scars can also carry emotional imprints of past trauma or experiences, and ScarWork is sensitive and responsive to this inner journey. The work may support the release of held memories, helping you feel more integrated and at ease in your body.

Many people notice changes not only in the feel and appearance of their scars, but also in surrounding areas that may have been affected. Sessions are unhurried and led by what your body is ready to receive. This work can be supportive for surgical scars, accident or burn scars, and even very old scar tissue, creating space for both physical and emotional healing.
