My journey in body work and rehabilitation first began when I was introduced to Pilates whilst recovering from a period of illness. I went on to train as a Mat Pilates teacher and Pink Ribbon Post Rehab Specialist. I increasingly saw clients who had soft tissue injuries and I wanted to develop my knowledge and understanding to provide treatments which could help to facilitate recovery.

This led me along my journey to qualify in clinical massage. Holding a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy. I am also a RESTORE Scar Therapy General Practitioner having been trained by RESTORE Scar Therapy a method used within the NHS and private clinics. I have experienced the benefits of the RESTORE scar therapy both first hand on my own scars as well as treating clients. Scar Therapy truly enhances treatment outcomes.
