I am Soft Tissue Therapy & Pilates Instructor. I graduated in Soft Tissue Therapy with a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Clinical Soft Tissue Therapy with the Oxford School of Sports Massage in 2018. I qualified as a Pilates Method Instructor with Body Control Pilates in 2020. My Pilates specialities are Back4Good Pilates Practitioner and Bone Health.
I have experience in scar work from smaller scars from mole or suspected skin cancers to larger scars from reconstruction, hip and knee replacements and spinal surgery.
I hold my clinic and private Pilates Studio sessions at the Courtyard Clinic Marlow on Marlow High Street.
