I’m Ceridwen Cook, an Occupational Therapist based in North Wales offering gentle, evidence-informed scar therapy for anyone recovering from surgery, injury, or birth. I work with all types of scars, including C-section scars, abdominal surgery, orthopaedic scars, and trauma-related scarring.

My approach is calm, supportive, and client-focused. I use gentle scar massage, mobilisation, and education to help reduce tightness, improve comfort, and support better movement. Alongside hands-on therapy, I offer guidance on safe self-care techniques so you can continue supporting your recovery at home.

As an OT trained in pelvic health, postnatal recovery, mental health and holistic wellbeing approaches, I bring a whole-person perspective to scar therapy — acknowledging not only the physical aspects of healing but also the emotional impact that scars can have.
