I am a qualified Caesarean Scar Specialist and ScarWork practitioner, with over 10 years of experience as a bodyworker — Shiatsu therapist and deep tissue practitioner, based in Mullingar and Longford, Ireland.
My approach blends Western fascia techniques with an Eastern holistic approach (Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine), honouring both the physical and energetic layers of healing. I support women at different stages of life to reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom, restoring mobility, comfort, and confidence.

I am a qualified Shiatsu therapist, deep tissue practitioner with a clinical approach, and Caesarean Scar Specialist based in Mullingar and Longford, Ireland. With 15 years of experience as a massage therapist and bodyworker, I studied Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for 3 years.
For over 2 years, I have specialised in supporting women after Caesarean birth. I have completed a Caesarean Scar Specialist course and ScarWork — Integrating Scar Tissue into the Fascia Web.
