The Prana House cafe also offers a comfortable space to rest and nourish before and after treatments and classes.

I’m experienced with working with a wide range or conditions to help support recovery, bring relief and augment function by using a diversity of treatment modalities including myofascial release, Swedish, deep tissue, scar therapy, cupping and more.
