Im a registered nurse with over 20 years of NHS experience in oncology, chemotherapy, and palliative care.
For the past 8 years, I’ve also practised evidence-based medical acupuncture, offering holistic support for people navigating cancer treatment, menopause, and everyday health challenges.
Ive now added scar therapy to my clinic -a gentle, non-invasive hands-on treatment designed to support scars after surgery, injury, trauma, or cancer treatment.
Scar tissue can cause layers of skin and connective tissue to stick together. This may lead to tightness, pulling, numbness, sensitivity, or restricted movement – even years after healing. It works to soften and mobilise the tissue, helping you feel more comfortable and at ease in your body again.

I find that both modalities complement each other very well

There is on street parking apart from between the hours of 11-12 (very annoying) but there is parking a few streets away and in Tesco Car park on Boundary road. It is a 5 minute walk from Portslade Station and well served by Brighton buses ( the 1 and 1X stopping nearly outside)
