I trained with the highly respected Oxford School of Sport Massage (OSSM) and, after a year of studying anatomy & physiology as well as advanced practical soft tissue therapies, I qualified with a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. The Diploma has given me the skills I need to help others towards a pain free, mobile and active life, I find this incredibly rewarding. Every year through my Continued Professional Development I deepen my existing knowledge as well as learning and qualifying in new skills such as Dry Needling, Kinesiology Taping, Oncology Massage Therapy, Scar Therapy, Fluoroscopy Guided Manual Lymphatic Drainage and The Perrin Technique helping clients suffering from Chronic Fatigue Conditions.

I am a registered member of the Institue for Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM), The Sports Massage Association (SMA) and the Complementary & the Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). The CNHC is the holder of a Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA) Accredited Register. The PSA is a body accountable to Parliament.
