As an NHS and holistic midwife and as a mum of three myself, I have experienced and understand the full spectrum of emotions the journey to parenthood can bring. I also understand how quickly these babies grow so encourage enjoyment for every single step of the way!

I am fully qualified in C-Section scar therapy and complementary therapies for pregnancy and postnatal. Whether its your first scar therapy treatment or your 6th, I have seen first hand the brilliant results and real changes scar therapy can bring – both physical and mental. In addition, being a midwife, we can chat through your birth story during your treatment and, if needed, unpick it a little for you. I am really passionate about supporting women at this important time and appreciate the positive affect scar therapy can have on the new mum!

Treatments are held in my studio at home by the sea. It is small, friendly and a place you can really lower your shoulders and relax – something you may not have done for a while.
