I am a massage therapist with 2200 hours of initial training. I am passionate about providing compassionate client care, and do my best to ensure client safety and comfort at all times.

I have adored and been fascinated by the art and science of massage therapy since childhood, and am proud to offer this work to the community. I am continuously learning, and am in such awe of our bodies.

I enjoy offering scar tissue therapy, and have experience working with mastectomy scars, caesarean scars, planned and emergency surgery scars (including joint replacements, tendon rupture, etc.), and wound scars.

When I work on scar tissue, I am not only considering the scar itself, but the impact on the surrounding tissues, and the compensations that may occur throughout the body as a result.

My treatment modalities are vast and interwoven in a rhythmic way, including myofascial release, cupping therapy, Swedish techniques, joint mobilizations, and more. With these techniques I typically address muscle tissue, joints, fascial tissue, and scar tissue. My aim in treatment is to engage the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) while addressing complaints in the musculoskeletal system.
