I am an advanced myofascial release and scar therapy practitioner in Bristol. I am the founder of Feel Better Bristol, a clinic based in the peaceful setting of Penny Brohn UK cancer and wellbeing centre.

I am able to work with both adults and children. I have over two decades experience in the NHS working with complex conditions such as cancer and gastrointestinal surgeries that informs my work and allows me to work sensitively with my clients presenting with pain and restrictions. My areas of interest include women and children’s health, pelvic health, chronic pain conditions, cancer care, post-natal care and sports injuries.

I also specialise in women’s pelvic health scars and pain conditions (including internal pelvic floor work)

I believe strongly in connection between our mind and the physical symptoms in our bodies, and will look at your overall wellbeing and health to maximise the effects of scar therapy and help you with self care at home.
