Restore Scar Therapy directory

Restore Scar Therapy was developed by Emma Holly,  a leading international educator in scar therapy. Emma has been campaigning to highlight the importance of scar care since 2015. With an expanding global teaching team, this directory was launched to help people find a therapist who has completed training in this effective method of scar massage.

Our mission

Make it easy to find a trained scar therapist

Our directory makes it easier for people looking for manual scar treatment to find a trained therapist. Find a therapist near you, read details about the treatments offered and find out more by contacting the therapist or clinic for more details.

Support therapists completing our training courses

The directory will help promote therapists who have completed our training. Supporting their growth and clinic businesses, putting them directly in touch with the people who need them most.

Improve the future of scar therapy

Ultimately we are improving access to treatment for people living with scars and gathering evidence to improve scar treatments.

Having a central point for scar therapists offers the opportunity for more research into scar therapy.  By taking annual polls to survey the specialists listed, we can discover more about who is accessing scar treatments and which methods of treatment are most popular - and most effective. Building towards better evidence-informed scar treatments for the future.
