I believe that looking after our bodies is an important part of living a longer, fuller and freer life.
Having lived a full and well-travelled life myself, I understand what it’s like to experience ongoing aches and pains. I struggled with back and neck pain for many years, which taught me first-hand just how much our physical wellbeing can affect how we feel, move and enjoy everyday life.

With a background in Remedial and Sports massage since 2010, Over the past 10 years I have I have grown my practice to specialise in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and have undertaken extensive, gold-standard training in both New Zealand and Australia. I love being able to use gentle, specialised techniques to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies. This includes treating new and old scars with Restore Scar therapy especially for Oncology related scars and adhesions, such as complicated surgery and radiation, chording, pre and post surgery scar treatment, cosmetic surgery scars such as tummy tuck, breast surgery.

​Combining Scar therapy with Manual Lymphatic Drainage, I do work with clients experiencing fluid retention and lymphatic issues associated with conditions such as lymphoedema, supporting people through the physical changes that can come with treatment, surgery and recovery.

My experience working at Dove House Hospice gave me a deeper understanding of the cancer journey. Combined with my own personal experience and understanding, this has shaped the way I work with people living with cancer or going through treatment. I know that everyone’s journey is different, and I believe gentle touch scar therapy can provide a sense of comfort, care and connection at any stage.

For me, it’s about more than simply treating a symptom. I want you to feel listened to, comfortable and cared for, and to create a treatment experience that is right for you and your body.

​I’m continually learning and undertaking further training because I’m fascinated by the incredible way our bodies work and the role that specialised bodywork can play in helping us function, recover and feel better.
