I’m Cate Varnon, Registered Osteopath for over 30 years and Scar Therapy Practitioner, based in Blackfriars, London. I enjoy using non invasive scar tissue therapy alongside osteopathy to improve your confidence, increase your mobility and reduce your pain from scar tissue following surgery or trauma.

I qualified as an osteopath in 1993 and have worked both in the NHS and in private practice to help a wide range of people back to health. I have always had an interest in how scar tissue affects and inhibits well-being, function and mobility throughout the body and this lead me to complete the scar therapy course which has really expanded my practice. I have experience treating surgical scars, emergency and elective (eg hip replacement, caesarean, mastectomy, transplant, keyhole) and trauma (such as burns and motorbike RTA, fracture reduction) Both recent and historical scars can benefit from scar therapy techniques
