Hello, I am Sarah from SJ Yoga and Wellness.
I have been a therapist for 20 years specialising in women’s health including fertility, pregnancy and post natal treatments.
After having my third child by caesarean birth, I was surprised how little advice you are given for after care. I came across this wonderful company Restore Therapy and have found the training eye opening.
I completed my training in caesarean scar massage in Summer of 2026. It goes so well with all the other treatments I offer and I am so happy to be supporting local women already with their scar healing journey.
If you are interested in caesarean scar massage in Finchampstead, Wokingham, please get in touch with me. My website is www.sjyogaandwellness.co.uk
