Hi, I’m Renee, a qualified Myotherapist and the founder of Her Health Hub. I’ve been working in the health and wellness industry since 2009, with my work increasingly focused on women’s health and supporting women through recovery following surgery.

I provide scar therapy for a range of surgical scars, including caesarean (C-section), abdominal and gynaecological surgery scars, hysterectomy, endometriosis and myomectomy scars, as well as breast surgery and oncology-related scars.

As a Myotherapist, my approach looks beyond the scar itself. I consider the surrounding tissues, movement and how the scar may be affecting the way you feel and move in your body. Treatment may include hands-on scar therapy, soft tissue techniques, movement and education, tailored to your individual needs and stage of recovery.

I’m passionate about helping women feel more comfortable, confident and connected to their bodies following surgery, and creating a supportive space where they can understand their bodies and feel empowered throughout their recovery.
