I’m a qualified Scar Therapy Practitioner, completing my training in June 2026, with over 10 years’ experience as a massage therapist. My background includes sports and holistic massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture, kinesiology taping and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), which I offer for general wellness and to support clients following surgery.

I am also qualified in prenatal massage and trained in the HEARTS Process, providing gentle, supportive touch for people receiving palliative care.

My approach is holistic and person-centred, tailoring each treatment to the individual to support comfort, mobility, recovery and overall wellbeing.
