Many of the patients who attend are either through word of mouth or referral. Each patient’s care is tailored to them and not just to a generic formula. Common modalities include soft tissue work, mobilisation, manipulation, dry needling, Kinesio taping, ergonomic advice and remedial exercises.
The aim of treatment is to work in partnership with you, which includes identifying triggers and any maintaining factors. Cross referrals can be made where indicated, to other health professionals to give a well rounded care package.
