I’ve been practising as an FHT-registered massage therapist for four years, under my own business, Planted Massage Therapy. I particularly enjoy adapting and merging techniques to work towards the unique goals each individual brings, with the result that all treatments are personalised.

I’m a newly qualified scar therapy practitioner and, so far, have worked mostly with surgical scars, including those caused by caesarean, cardiac, joint fixation and mastectomy surgeries. I was motivated to train in scar massage after witnessing how drastic an impact some of my current clients’ scar tissues were having on their movement and mental health.

Already a seasoned myofascial release therapist, scar massage techniques add another dimension to the efficacy of my treatments. Other bodywork skills I frequently incorporate include deep tissue and hands free massage (using the forearm predominantly), assisted stretching, and massage for cancer and supportive care.
