Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of alternative therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and sometimes ears. These points, called reflex points, correspond to different organs, glands, and systems in the body.

The body is mapped on the feet and hands; for example, the toes correspond to the head and neck.

Pressing or massaging these points promotes health by stimulating nerve function, improving circulation, reducing stress and tension and supporting the body’s natural healing processes

Auricular Therapy
Also known as ear acupressure, is a form of alternative medicine based on the idea that the outer ear (auricle) is a microsystem that reflects the entire body. By stimulating specific points on the ear, practitioners aim to treat conditions in other parts of the body.

Each part of the ear corresponds to an organ or system in the body (e.g., the ear lobe might reflect the head or brain).

The Stimulation method is by pressing or massaging the reflexes in the ear and could also include taping ear seeds or beads (small pellets taped to pressure points), allowing the client to continue to activate the reflex for days after treatment. This makes auricular therapy a powerful tool to help treat conditions, as the treatment isn’t limited to the time with the therapist.

Aromatherapy Massage
Combines the power of essential oils with massage therapy, benefitting both the mind and the body. Essential oils are applied to the skin using a carrier oils. These oils penetrate your body as they are absorbed through your skin improving your mood, alleviating pain, treating ailments and detoxifying your body, depending on the oils used.

Indian Head Massage
Releases tension in the muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. Indian head massage can also help with relieving fatigue, insomnia, headaches, and sinusitis. The experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving a feeling of increased energy, concentration and revitalization.

Swedish Massage
