I’m Alexis Jones, a BASRaT-registered Sports Rehabilitator and certified Restore Scar Therapy Practitioner with over 8 years of clinical experience helping people recover from injury, surgery and cancer treatment.

I provide specialist scar therapy and scar treatment for a wide range of scars, including surgical scars, caesarean scars, trauma scars and burn scars. Using evidence-informed scar therapy techniques, including scar tissue massage and scar massage, treatment is tailored to improve scar mobility, reduce pain and tightness, support movement, and enhance the overall appearance and function of the scar.

Alongside my work in scar therapy, I have extensive experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, women’s health and oncology rehabilitation. This allows me to understand how scar tissue can affect movement, strength and confidence, and to create personalised treatment plans that address both the scar itself and the wider impact it may have on daily life.
