I’m Hannah Browning, an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist and Scar Therapy Practitioner based in Lytham St. Annes on the Fylde Coast.

As the owner of Live Well Massage Therapy, I specialise in helping people reduce pain, improve mobility, and regain confidence in their bodies through evidence-based, person-centred treatment.

My interest in scar therapy developed through my clinical massage work, where I frequently observed the impact scars can have on movement, comfort, posture, and body awareness. Whether resulting from surgery, injury, burns, or other trauma, scars can sometimes contribute to tightness, sensitivity, discomfort, or restrictions that extend far beyond the visible scar itself.

Having completed Restore scar therapy training, I provide gentle, tailored treatment designed to help improve tissue mobility, reduce discomfort, and support clients in reconnecting with areas of the body affected by scarring.
As a Level 5 Clinical Massage Therapist, I combine evidence-based knowledge with a holistic understanding of each person’s unique experience. Every treatment begins with a thorough assessment and is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and stage of healing. I also provide personalised aftercare advice to support your progress between sessions.

My aim is to help you move more freely, feel more comfortable in your body, and return to the activities that matter most to you.
