Vickie has been a therapist for 17 years. After studying and gaining a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Studies, Vickie went on to concentrate on Sports Therapy and Fitness Techniques and various Holistic courses. Vickie has experience of working with professional, amateur athletes and soft tissue rehabilitation. Vickie has been working with cancer patients for 4 years offering various treatments, scarwork and MLD. Vickie is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and combines these skills with the therapies she offers.
Vickie is a Coach in running fitness, Open Water Swimming Coach and Level 2 STA Swimming Teacher as well as Autism swimming instructor.
In 2018, Vickie trained in Dr Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage and Scarwork, which allows her to work with Lymphoedema and post surgery, which has to be reviewed every 2 years to keep practising as well as registered with MLDUK.
