About
I am an expert women’s pelvic health specialist physiotherapist with over 16 years experience evaluating and treating women with pelvic health conditions at any stage of life; from eighteen, during pregnancy, postnatally, to menopause and beyond. I have a passion for helping women get back to the active life they want to lead.
I qualified as a Physiotherapist from Kings College London University in 2004. Since then I have worked at three of London’s teaching Hospitals; the Royal London Hospital, St. George’s Hospital and Kings College Hospital where I led the women’s health team there.
I have undertaken extensive postgraduate training/courses in women’s health. I have presented at national and international conferences on female pelvic health.
I am passionate about working with women to help them achieve their personal goals to get back to leading the active lifestyle they want to.
I create individually tailored treatment programmes using a variety of treatment modalities. Including but not limited to; manual therapy- scar massage, acupuncture, taping, specialist advice/exercises as well as use of the lymphatouch machine for caesarean section births and gynaecology/ abdominal surgeries.
I also work in collaboration with other women’s health professionals to ensure optimal results for my clients for both their physical and mental wellbeing.
