At NM Massage Therapy, I specialise in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), including dedicated pre‑ and post‑surgery care. I also provide Restore Scar Therapy, supporting clients with post‑surgical, injury‑related, and long‑standing scar tissue to improve comfort, mobility, and body confidence.
With a strong focus on women’s health, my treatments also support chronic pain conditions, oncology care, and sports injuries.
