Lola Dexter is a Registered Midwife, IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), and certified Caesarean Scar Specialist with over five years of clinical experience supporting people through pregnancy, birth, and postnatal recovery. With a strong background in theatre midwifery, she has extensive experience caring for families during both planned and emergency caesarean births.

Based in Bray, Wicklow and serving clients across Dublin and Wicklow, Lola provides specialised caesarean scar treatment to support healing and restore comfort after birth. Her work often includes gentle, evidence-based scar tissue massage to help improve mobility and reduce sensitivity, alongside personalised scar massage techniques tailored to each stage of recovery.

Lola’s approach is trauma-aware, compassionate, and individualised, helping clients feel informed, supported, and more confident in their bodies as they heal.
