I am a physiotherapist and scar therapy specialist based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.
I have a small, welcoming practice within my own home.

I have extensive experience at treating a wide range of scars, including:
• Breast surgery
• Head and neck surgery
• Radiotherapy damage
• Abdominal scars

I am able to provide treatments tailored to you in order to relieve the debilitating symptoms of pain, pulling and tightness caused by problematic scars.

I am able to treat any scar, and at any time in your recovery – from young to old scars.
Improvements can still be made even years after the original scar.

I ensure people’s comfort is maintained throughout the treatment, and I am also very aware of the emotional impact that scars can have, which I take into consideration with my treatments.

As a physiotherapist by background, I am skilled at reviewing not just the scar itself, but if appropriate I will provide advice and stretches/exercises for you to be doing independently at home. I will also assess the nearby joints in order to ensure maximal function is maintained for your needs.

I am very personable, caring and passionate about raising the profile that problematic scars can be treated and symptoms improved, even years down the line.
