I’ve completed advanced training in oncology scar therapy and specialist scar treatment, equipping me with the skills to support people through recovery after cancer treatment and surgery. Going through breast cancer myself gave me first-hand insight into how complex and challenging that recovery can be. After surgery, I experienced a seroma, numbness in my armpit, cording, neural tightness through my arm, and haematoma-related scar tissue. Once I fully recovered, I made the decision to develop my specialist skills here in Milton Keynes and Stony Stratford so others wouldn’t feel unsupported or have to travel far during an already difficult time. I now offer compassionate, evidence-based oncology scar therapy to help ease tightness in scars and surrounding tissue, alongside safe, tailored stretches and evidence – based exercises, always keeping you supported, protected, and confident throughout your recovery.
