About
The biggest adventure I’ve embarked on to date is becoming a mum to two wonderful daughters and this sparked my passion for women’s health. I had 2 c-section births so have first hand experience of scar management, both self-care and treatment from a scar therapist. The benefit I found from scar therapy has been so significant that I completed further training to ensure I could offer clients the best outcomes for their scars. I use hands-on massage techniques and cupping to reduce tension and pain, improve sensation and mobility, and improve the appearance of scars. I also teach self-care so clients can continue their care at home with massage, cupping and use of additional products such as silicone and balms to get the best results possible for their scar.
I’ve been a physiotherapist for 18 years, working initially in the NHS before joining the Royal Air Force (RAF) where I specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I had an exciting military career treating fast jet pilots including the Red Arrows aerobatic display team. I was also the physio for the RAF’s rugby 7s team and deployed on active service to Afghanistan to help keep our troops fit on the frontline. I current run a Women’s Pelvic Health Physio Practice in Tetbury, the Cotswolds, and have a passion for helping women feel strong, rebuild trust in their body and live their life.
