With over 20 years of experience and extensive training in bodywork and movement teaching, I integrate scar therapy and lymphatic massage with breathwork and movement coaching to help bring new levels of freedom and confidence to your life.

I will treat your scars, provide guidance on self-care, breathing exercises, simple movements, and daily habits to support your healing journey.

My focus primarily lies with clients bearing pelvic and abdominal scars, as well as those with scars from cancer treatments, encompassing surgeries, port, and radiation scars. Drawing from extensive experiences in core and pelvic health, as well as personal encounters with cancer treatments, I bring a deep understanding to my clients’ needs.
