I’m Hannah, a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist and mum of two. I’m passionate about scars and the affect they can have on the body and I specialise in C-section scar massage.

Just before my daughter’s first birthday, my husband had major abdominal surgery. His recovery was difficult—not just physically, but emotionally.

As a sports massage therapist working with pre- and post-natal mums, I saw the same struggle in women after C-sections. No one had told them how to care for their scars. No one was helping them reconnect with their bodies. My work moved in a different direction and I have now found a passion for scars and helping women with the effects they can have on their bodies.
