I specialise in non-invasive scar tissue management following surgery, supporting patients to restore mobility, comfort and confidence. I volunteer at Macmillan as a complimentary therapist treating patients going through cancer treatment and beyond. I have had experience treating patients after different types of surgery, including:

I am a qualified advanced clinical massage therapist treating musculoskeletal pain and discomfort, helping to restore the body to pain-free function. My specialist treatments allow me to create a treatment tailored to you, focusing on achieving results in managing your pain, combined with personalized aftercare to empower you in taking control of your recovery.

My approach is client focused using hands-on massage techniques. Each scar therapy is tailored to your individual needs and concerns, using evidence based approach to scar tissue therapy addressing scar tissue restrictions, adhesions, and discomfort. I offer flexible appointments options, including evenings and occasional weekends at my home clinic in Waterlooville, Hampshire, with an additional Clinic day at Clanfield. Once a month I offer an accessible wellbeing day, for those who find cost an issue, I invite you to pay what you can on the day. There is no explanation needed and no judgement – you simple pay what feels right for you on the day.
