Katie Purnell

I’m Katie Purnell, a Graduate Sports Therapist with 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry. My experience has developed my passion for helping women improve their health and live without limitations. I have enhanced my practice by undertaking specialist courses and qualifications for an array of women’s health issues in pre and postnatal women, pregnancy massage, pelvic girdle treatment and clinical pilates.

As a C-section scar specialist I understand the impact that surgery can have on your physical and mental wellbeing and I strive to educate every C-section mum on how to feel comfortable and confident in their own body again. You will leave each session with a thorough understanding of your scar restrictions and how best to treat them with techniques and exercises you can do at home.
