Hi my name is Nicola, I trained as a therapist initially in beauty therapy and cosmetology, advanced clinical aromatherapy and then in the early nineties I discovered this wonderful therapy called Dr Vodders manual Lymph drainage, this therapy blew me away as I realised early on how it helped so many issues with the lymphatic system, and impacting on our health and wellbeing. I have been training and updating throughout my 35 years as a therapist, i recertify every 2 years to stay on the MLDuk register. I have more recently trained as an advanced cosmetic formulator, realising that not all skins get on with mainstream skincare. So I formulate with ingredients that look after the skin microbiome, which strengthens and normalises skin functions, which often breakdown with lymphatic conditions. I use Deep oscillation and red/blue light therapy which all helps scar healing and skin conditions. Not forgetting holistic treatments I offer for balancing the mind and mental health, like aromatherapy, hot stones, crystal healing, to give an all round feel good factor of the mind, body and spirit.
