I qualified in 1989 from St. Thomas’ Hospital, London and have worked in the Milton Keynes and Buckingham area since 1993. After 15 successful years at Buckingham Physio First (10 years as owner), I relocated the Clinic during the Covid-19 pandemic to a purpose built, garden cabin at my home in Milton Keynes to allow me to continue to offer a friendly service in a relaxed and safe environment.

Whilst working at The Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes, I worked alongside the breast care nurses and with patients undergoing breast cancer treatment. I also did further study into the complications that may arise, especially with scar tissue and cording, using both hands-on treatments and focused exercises.

My new clinic space and increasing need for this specialist Physiotherapy means I am now raising awareness of this area of my work, alongside all my other areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
