Helen has been a massage therapist for 12 years and takes pride in treating every client as an individual. Working from her home therapy room in Leighton Buzzard she offers bespoke treatments adapted to suit you. She has extensive experience in soft tissue therapy as well as teaching yoga and draws on all of her knowledge to find a way to help your body become more comfortable. Scar therapy has become an important part of this, treating everything from post surgical to burn and trauma scars. Having specialised in pregnancy and postnatal care, treating C-section scars is an essential next step and Helen’s clients have reported excellent results after scar therapy sessions.
