With her vast experience in Neuro rehabilitation, Liz specialises in assisting Stroke patients and individuals with various Neuro conditions. Additionally, Liz is a skilled Structural BodyWorker and has received extensive training in Scar Therapy.
Liz has a particular interest in women’s health and well-being, especially during the postpartum and peri-menopausal years. She offers specialised Scar Therapy treatments for C-sections and provides Post Natal checks, advice, and a Physio-led Pilates class for post-partum women. As part of Scar Therapy LymphaTouch and Deep Oscillation Therapy can be used as adjuncts to Scar Therapy sessions at Advance Balance.
