I’m Claire, a Functional Health Specialist and Coach on the South Coast that has over 25 years of experience within the health and wellness industry.

I’ve spent many years training in post-surgery rehabilitation and Women’s Health to provide you with the best service that is uniquely designed for you. If have surgery coming up or you’ve recently had surgery, suffered any trauma, or had an accident in your life, that’s left you with uncomfortable scars, pain or upsetting memories that you cannot ease, this is where I can help.

I have also lived and learnt through previous traumatic life incidents that gives me real-world understanding of how these things can affect you, and how a whole-person approach can have a positive effect on your life.
