I’m Violet, the heart and soul behind Battersea Massage and a fascia-based Chronic Pain Specialist. My journey into the world of therapeutic healing was ignited by early life experiences, caring for my mother through her health struggles. This deeply personal encounter with chronic pain and illness, coupled with my own battle against burnout and subsequent health issues, propelled me into the realm of Clinical Massage Therapy.

At the Jing Massage Institute in Brighton, I transformed my passion and personal challenges into professional expertise, specializing in treatments that address chronic pain, TMJ disorders, and the aftermath of surgery, including ScarWork and C-section Scar tissue therapy.

My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the body’s interconnected systems, focusing not just on the site of discomfort but on uncovering and addressing the underlying causes of pain.
