My aim is to treat you holistically, effectively and efficiently. I am an experienced practitioner (30 years+), registered nurse by background, working in private healthcare clinics, NHS Cancer Centres, Special Schools for children with severe complex needs, GP surgeries and hospitals. I hold clinics in Leeds, Harrogate and Oxford.

In order to tailor the treatment that’s right for your needs, I use one or a combination of complementary therapies: Restore Scar Therapy; ScarWork, Holistic and Clinical Aromatherapy, Advanced EMMETT Technique, Clinical Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD), therapeutic massage, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Reiki (Reiki Master Practitioner), Indian Head Massage and Flower Remedies.

Since meeting ScarWork in 2019 I have been impressed by the profound difference this gentle work has for people with all sorts of scars, whether from repeated strains and sprains, to injury to operative scars, and of course pregnancy and birth. I have found that by addressing any adverse effects that scars are having first, as far as possible, really helps progress and enhances the other therapies effectiveness too.
